Add an API extension which includes list of attached volumes with instance info

According to the bug - https://bugs.launchpad.net/cinder/+bug/1112998 - there is a need to include list of attached volumes with instance info. Corresponding fix was commited under the above bug (https://review.openstack.org/#/c/27067/) but was reverted then as it should be done as an API extension.
