Cloud administrators and technical support personnel will often need to diagnose a problem based on limited information; for example, a user might report that a specific server is down. Nova should provide an API that permits queries to search for servers by name or IP address. The API should also permit wildcards (for example, "find hosts 192.168.2.*").
