Remove instance object property disable_terminate

The current instance object has a property named "disable_terminate" but it is set to "False" when init instance object, and there are no other method to modify this value.
Since this property has only been used twice and the mechanism in current source code makes no sense, this property could be removed or an API can be added to provide method
to modify this parameter to make it actually functional.
