Remove compute.flavors to use flavor object

Now both Flavor & Instance object have involved in nova.
But many codes still use the old functions in compute.flavors like extract_flavor from instance, etc.
It doesn't make sense to keep those functions in compute.flavors, all of them need to be removed to new flavor object.

You should not set a milestone target unless the blueprint has been properly prioritized by the project drivers.
