Refactor libvirt's iSCSI and FC drivers to use brick
Cinder is now using the "brick" library inside of cinder now to do all of it's volume attaches/detaches for both iSCSI and Fibre Channel. The idea being that brick would eventually make it into OSLO.
This blueprint is to include:
1) pull the brick code into nova
2) refactor the libvirt volume drivers for ISCSI and FibreChannel to use the brick attach code.
