Accept a bdm in rebuild_server API

rebuild_server API currently accepts an imageRef parameter, to rebuild the server with.
Add to the rebuild API, like in create_server API, the possibility to pass a bdm for a new boot volume, so that the server will be rebuilt using a volume and not an image.
This will also add the possiblity to make the server's storage persistent and not ephemeral.
