Dynamic scheduling for realtime VM

The real time Network functions hosted on nova node has real demand for faster processing of packets and to bring down the delay if any in packet processing.
So there comes a need for choosing and filtering the compute nodes with most available resources & also nodes which has fast packet acceleration by using nodes with
1) High ram & that can scale in terms of time.
2)Using specific type of hypervisors.
3)Dependent VMs.
4)Accelerated OVS
The dynamic scheduler will look into the requirements & capabilities, it will considers a number of input parameters stated above and then takes out a decision of which node is ideal for hosting the service. The dependency factor is included for real time applications where there is a requirement for sharing more information between two VMs .
