Flatten RBD disks upon clone to allow source image to be deleted

I'd like to propose to add option to always flatten the disks upon clone, so the glance image no longer has children linked and can be deleted by the user.
When using ceph-backed glance and nova store, the image is created as a shallow copy. This prevents the source image in glance to be deleted, as this image has children linked to it.
