Attach the allocated device to the pci request

This is a simple enhancement to PCI passthrough.
In current PCI passthrough implementation, PCI manager allocates PCI devices according to PCI request, however, it does not keep any mapping for the allocated PCI devices and corresponding PCI request. However, sometimes such mapping is helpful.
