the parameters of scheduler_hints should be displayed for end users

When we create a vm, the specified values from scheduler_hints is useful, for example,users may want to know the servergroup of this vm. Although we can get this servergroup of the vm by the interface of servergroup, I think that the information being displayed by the nova api "/v2/​{tenant_id}​/servers/​{server_id}​" may be more useful.
we can use the command "nova show vm_uuid" to get these information.
