Openstack API server password generation

Generate a password that will be injected into server instances when using the Openstack API.
From the Cloud Servers 1.0 API:
A password will be randomly generated for you and returned in the response object. For security
reasons, it will not be returned in subsequent GET calls against a given server ID.
