Allow configuration of the number of bottom reserved IP's

It would be ideal to be able to configure the number of IP addresses are reserved at the bottom of each range. Currently the automatic reserved range is the first two addresses as per https:/
Ideally there should be an optional override to allow the user to set this to an alternative number. eg 10
