Allow presentation of volume to multiple servers

Multiple enterprise-class applications (clustered DB, etc.) require simultaneous access to volumes from multiple VMs/servers. This blueprint should allow attachment of volume to multiple servers:
- new table of assignments (volume to instances)
- new volume states (probably)
- allow attachment of already attached volume to other instances
- etc.
