Update Oct, 2016 : Based on the recommendation of the Nova team at Nova Newton Midcycle July 19-21, see more details at https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/nova-newton-midcycle and scroll down to "(gsilvis & knikolla) Mix & Match Resource Federation", we have been working on getting our proxy code ready and creating depository upstream. More details will be posted when ready.
