migration between clouds during upgrade
- When a new instance of openstack cloud is installed, and there is no rolling upgrade possible, and if it's still possible to connect to same storage end-points and same block storage pool, which was used in previous release, as the instance files exist on connected storage, should be possible to import those instances to new openstack cloud. (Similar to VMWare, where it's possible register VM browsing to storage inventory)
It could be done with some pre-conditions satisfied, viz if Tenant exists, or What tenant the VM should be registered to ?
