This blueprint provides support for the Maxta storage system to be used as the backing datastore for ephemeral disks attached to nova/libvirt vm's. This has been done for other technologies like LVM and Ceph, and the modifications needed are similar in scope. Changes are (mostly) contained in the libvirt/
