Live migration support for libvirt vz driver

Libvirt vz driver is a single point to manage Virtuozzo containers (OpenVZ) and virtual machines. Basically live migration for this driver works the same way as for qemu driver, so expected code impact is minimal. However, some migration capabilities are supported in vz driver differently and it should be taken into account.
