Libvirt: Support for attaching volumes via SMB

Currently, the libvirt driver allows attaching volumes which use backends such as NFS, iSCSI, GlusterFS and so on. The purpose of this driver is adding support for attaching volumes hosted on a SMB share. This can easily be done by making use of SAMBA, having a similar flow with the NFS volume driver.
