This blueprint propose new console screenshot action in libvirt guests. Even if the instance is in the ACTIVE state, it can be used by ssh, etc., only when booting ends normally. A console screenshot is more intuitive than the os-getConsoleOutput action. Also, if booting fails due to kernel panic, etc., user can directly check the issue. This blueprint can be a good alternative when it is difficult to provide remote-consoles (vnc) to users for reasons such as security.
