Marking this as blocked since the Nova changes all depend on os-vif changes and a release of os-vif AND bump in the minimum required version of os-vif in global-requirements. The non-client library release freeze is 2017-01-19 so things are getting tight in the schedule for orchestrating all of that. -- mriedem 20161229
