Use os-brick in remotefs volume driver in libvirt
A set of drivers which use remote filesystem interface can be dramatically
simplified by using os-brick library.
The code, which knows how to mount different remote filesystems was moved from
cinder to os-brick library. Remotefs drivers (nfs, smbfs, scality and quobyte)
do the same thing in connect_volume methods. So there is a code duplication,
which can be avoided by using os-brick.
