Adding libvirt network interface to VIF Driver

Adding a support for interface of type 'network' to libvirt VIF Driver.
It will support different interface types (direct and hostdev).
First use case to be supported is a direct network interfaces on top of SR-IOV Virtual functions.
Network pool will be defined according to : http://libvirt.org/formatnetwork.html#examplesDirect
Network pool will be predefined according to Physical Network mapping to physical interface(s)
