This blueprint proposes to enhance the ComputeCapabilities filter to accept the value as list.
This can be utilized by nova to make selection for nodes where capabilities can accept a list of values.
For instance, today nova can filter the uefi capable system when capabilities is defined in the node. This doesnt allow the nova to choose the same system for booting bios mode even though the baremetal is capable to do so just because the capabilities is defined as uefi in the registered node.
