Intel Fortville Dynamic Device Personalization

Intel Fortville 6 (FVL6) supports Dynamic Device Personalization (DDP) to program analyzer/parser via AdminQ. Profile can be used to update FVL configuration tables via MMIO configuration space, not microcode or firmware itself.

This feature is accesible using the DPDK library.

This BP covers the following activities:
- To read the loaded profile in a FVL NIC, using a modified version of libvirt. This information will be stored as a resource provider.
