in case we work in a thin provision configuration for nova, it would be helpfl to configure a soft and hard limit for consumption fo disk by instances .
soft limit should be logged into compute logs
Hard limit should pause instances so they cannot write anymor.
we should be able to configure limitation by % and by GB.
