Keep an instance in queue and launch later when resources are available
To launch an instance critical resources like availability of RAM, v CPU's are required . In absence of RAM or v CPU , an instance cannot be launched. This makes a user to wait till the resources are available and re-try once again.
To overcome this , we planned to add a new service namely as N-queue. N-queue , which would be part of Nova, It will keep user requests of instance launch in a queue and will launch instances when the resources are available.
This gives a advantage to user not to re-try again again to wait until resources are available to launch.
