improve nova attach volume api to support disk-bus

Currently nova decide which disk_bus to use according to the virt-type, device type and device name when attach volume, user can't specify it explicitly like disk-bus in block device mapping when creating instance, so this bp will add disk-bus parameter to nova attach volume api.
