This blueprint describes the extension of the glance image properties in order to be able to specify a VIF model of type SR-IOV for network attachments. This feature improve the usability of SR-IOV network devices. Currently booting a guest with NIC SR-IOV attachment requires the user to first create a Neutron port making it a multi-steps procedure.
