Implementation of a fake WMI driver for Hyper-V testing

The Hyper-V testing infrastructure introduced with Folsom is based on dynamically serialized mocks.
Since this is not consistent with the rest of the Nova project tests, a new Fake driver needs to implement, which in turn requires an abstraction layer on top of WMI calls in the Hyper-V driver
