Not all items proposed on the hyper-v-block-device-mapping-support blueprint merged in Newton [1]. This blueprint continues the work proposed in the previous cycle.

This blueprints proposes to add support for Hyper-V instances to be able to boot from ISO.

What needs to happen for this blueprint? It's not clear to me what code needs to be reviewed for this. If it hasn't started, we should defer to Queens. -- mriedem 20170608
