Hyper-V BDM support (partial)
Currently the Hyper-V driver does not use the new BDM data format.
This blueprint will deal adding support for the new BDM format in Hyper-V. The changes are contained to the Hyper-V driver.

I've marked this as implemented for newton but it's only partially complete, there are still some pending changes for setting boot order and supporting ISO images. Those would have to be re-proposed for Ocata. -- mriedem 20160830
