sync instance flavor extra

we offten use flvaor extra to set same feature of instance. but when want to change vm feature we need to change flavor ,
because of we donot want to change the cpu and mem ,so we need resize instance twice.
if we has a interface to sync a instance flavor extra ,we just use this method and can achieve functional.
