Support for file injection during instance creation

See http://docs.rackspacecloud.com/servers/api/cs-bindguide-latest.pdf page 24. This lets you specify files (e.g. /etc/banner.txt) that should be placed on the server to customize its image.

gundlach: (Do we want to support this? I thought I heard an argument about whether we wanted to support injecting files into images or not.) eday: I think we have to since the Rackspace API should be 100% supported.
