Expose auto converge and post copy
Now auto converge and post copy can only be enabled/disabled via configuration,
which is somewhat inflexible. If a application sensitive to performance reduced
and it is on a host with these options enabled, then live migration may cause
the application raise error. Therefore, the end user needs to choose whether
to enable/disable 'auto converge' or 'post copy' when live migrating the instance.
