Adding a function of using DM-Snapshot as the VM disks

Use DM-Snapshot as the VM disks, compare with QCOW2 this will give better IO performance to VM, and DM-Snapshot is based on linux system level, do not have relationship with hypervisor, so it gives more porting ability.
