Detailed detection setting and viewing

It would be useful to associate a text description with a VM when it is created and allow updates. This would assist users to identify the roles of a virtual machine since the server name has some restrictions. This was discussed on the mailing list (http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.cloud.openstack.devel/62591) and there are fields available in the DB already but no API to set them and no support in the CLI/Horizon to show the data. The first step would be to enhance the API to set the description and retrieve it with show.
