OpenStack Compute (nova)

Allow delete_on_termination modification

Nova currently allows setting during instance booting and fetching afterwards
the delete_on_termination flag per each volume.
EC2 API allows setting the flag during new volume attaching and modification
afterwards. It's suggested to add this functionality to nova in order to
satisfy EC2 API compatibility.
