Allows host machines to be dedicated to individuals/groups

In a service provider deployment host machines will typically have multiple different customers’ virtual machines on the same host. This blueprint will allow for hosts to be reserved for a specific customer. This will also be relevant in enterprise deployments where there are multiple business units using the same ‘Cloud’ but still want isolated host machines. Dedicated hosts will provide the ability to select the hypervisor that is provisioned, target virtual machines to be deployed to specific dedicated hosts and separately manage the virtual machines that are deployed on those dedicated hosts.
