createbackup support to backup multiple cinder volume

This blueprint has been superseded. See the newer blueprint "Create Backup of volume-backed instance" for updated plans.

Currently, createBackup for an instance will just snapshot the boot volume and upload it to the glance both for the ephemeral backend instance and cinder backend instance.
It's better to provide the ablility to bakcup all the volume for the cinder backend instance just like the implement in the createImage.
It's more useful for the user who use the cinder backend instance.
