create instance from error instance data

I hope we can create an instance from an existent instance item.

When creating an instance, it maybe go to error status for some reason, we have to recreate it from begin with a lot of selection. Sometimes if you need to create an instance like a running status vm and you can choose to create a vm from the running vm item in dashboard or cmd, which will save much time and easier to operate.
