In listDetailServers API, the progress of instance is showing a percentage value of the build progress

this is correct semantics for vmwaareapi and xenapi,
but in libvirt driver, this field is assigned as progress of live migration.
This BP will make the progress field as a percentage value of the build progress for libvirt driver.
