Auto configuration of Compute Node Data and Management IPAddresses through Interfaces

Currently to get management ip address of compute node , need to configure ipaddress (i.e my_ip) in nova.conf. If management network subnet is changed need to modify manually in all compute nodes configuration. To over come this problem we can configure compute node interfaces information in configuration file.
