Collecting hypervisor info for better measurement of VM factor

In most of cases, cloud provider will charge customers with different price by different H/W spec just like Amazon ECU.
So, in order to make bill to be on the level and objective, it would be good that nova compute can collect informations like cpu model, vendor, numbers by maybe ComputeDriverCPUMonitor and publish them into Ceilometer or any service/function what can benefit from such informations.
