Live migration of instances booted from block devices, to the other non-shared node.

Since boot from volume feature is merged, we need the ability to do live migration for such instances as well as for running from file. Current live migration code doesn't allow to do so (and kvm-block-migration also). The proposed feature will allow to do live migration between compute nodes over non-shared storage. This feature needs boot from volume and volume services merged to the trunk.
