Add AWS Relational Database Service to Nova (or a separate project?).
In order to mimick AWS's RDS, we have to be able to provide a database service that is compatible with MySQL (drizzle comes to mind), but for our own API, we should allow for a richer set of databases.

It would be a good thing to implement a true RDS clone, i.e. launch single tenant SQL database instances and allow attachment from nova compute instances.
This should be done as part of a portfolio of database services; including multi-tenant SQL on Linux and Windows.
