We (USC/ISI + NTT docomo) plan to add fault-tolerance features that will be added into bare-metal framework

Fault tolerance of bare metal provisioning will be handled natively by Ironic, once the Ironic driver replaces the Baremetal driver. I believe this BP can be marked as superseded.
