Add API support for auto-assign IP
Instead of a configuration switch it should be possible to specify that a launch instance call needs to auto-assign ip's to the launched instances. Horizon could add support for this in the launch instance dialog if it is supported in the API.

It seems preferable to just have a horizon command that does the assignment of the floating ips for you after the instance is done booting.
