Enabled attach\detach Glance ISO image

Enable attaching\detaching a Glance ISO image as with done with CDROM drives, enable changing boot priority/order .
Use cases:
1. Boot from ISO (setup media) install an operating system on ephemeral disk.

2. Repairing an operating system, need to attach & boot from ISO image to run operating system repair.

3. When installing additional software, incase source files come in ISO format.
