Support attaching volume to a liveCD VM instance

The Havana release support attaching volume to a VM instance. If a liveCD VM instance user wants to save something to a persistence disk, currently there is no support for attaching a existing volume to the liveCD VM instance. The liveCD VM instance should support attaching volume for input and output.
If a volume is attached to a liveCD VM instance, the volume should be attached to a device different to the device that liveCD already attached.
