Add useful metrics into Utilization Based Scheduling
We hope to add more useful metrics into Utilization Based Scheduling, such as metric to monitor power consumption of a host, and metric to monitor the temperature on the chipset by IPMI with Intel node manager technology, so users can leverage that data to do utilization based scheduling, like CPU utilization which is in Icehouse.

No spec submition linked here, please submit a spec, or link to the spec review, and consider this for juno-2, un-targeting blueprint from juno-1 --johnthetubaguy (28th May 2014)
You should not set a milestone target unless the blueprint has been properly prioritized by the project drivers.
